Frequently Asked Questions

See below for some of the most common questions we are asked before starting Your THRIVE JOURNEY.

We are so glad you asked! We believe that every 18-year-old should have a certain set of skills before they graduate High School. But schools have never and still do not teach the right lessons to do this and are not even asking the Right Questions. Look around you at all the people who have failed or have True Difficulties in Life. There has to be a better way. That’s where PolyThrive Coaching comes in! We deliver every lesson with a Career and Life application so that people know what to do with the information. AND…..your 18-year-old is about to make some Very Big Life decisions for the First Time away from your home. Are they ready?
As we mature, we plan to bring lessons to younger audiences but taught in a different more age-appropriate format. For now, we are starting with 7th grade and up. And for the Adults who struggle with the same concepts and need some help, we teach classes for you as well!
Every lesson is taught from Real-World examples! You will hear a lesson, collaborate and discuss the lesson, and see how it was applied in real life. You will also hear information on how it was done badly in order to avoid that situation. Most classes are 40 minutes or less, with some video time and then “application time”.
Yes we can and do provide 1-on-1 Training. Contact us for more information on this. We can also set up customized training for a group of people. Feel free to let us talk and guide your Boy Scout or Girl Scout group, your Fitness group, your Church group, and more!
Ideally as early as possible. You see, these lessons and skills can be and should start to be applied on Day 1. Better skills with Communications and Relationships can certainly benefit a 13-year-old who feels awkward in High School. Planning and Time Management will help a 14-year-old with their past-due homework assignments. How Soon (or how late) someone starts can make a HUGH difference in their ability to succeed later in life!
