Years ago, our founder noticed an interesting trend that even highly paid / highly skilled professional people lack certain basic skills in other areas. For example, a great software programmer has trouble replying clearly to an email question. That missing piece can slow down or stop Your Career Advancement.
Through many questions and interviews and reviews, we landed on an idea and PolyThrive Coaching was Born! The important thing here is to learn as many of the Right Lessons as early as you can. PolyThrive can help lead the way!

SKILLS NOT TAUGHT IN SCHOOLS
All of us pretty much went through the same Middle School and High School education. The adult skills we use every single day from age 18 to age 80-ish are not taught in school. Schools aren’t even teaching the right questions to ask or the language that adults use in their lives Every Single Day!
Note that we think Teachers are Heroes! They care for and nurture and mold your young men and women for at least 13 years for 8+ hours a day.
But we must do a better job of teaching The Right Skills so that an 18-year old has a better fighting chance to Thrive in Life, not Just Survive! We have to find a way to reverse the trends of so many people struggling with every day Life and Decisions! Today’s school curriculum is Not Getting It Done!
