About Us
Our Story
Many years ago, our founder was consulting with multiple companies. He saw an interesting trend, that even highly paid and highly skilled works in one area lacked basic skills in other areas. For example, a software programmer had trouble replying clearly to an email question. Todd started keeping notes and working through Q&A and landed on an idea.
All of us – everyone of us – pretty much went through the same Middle School and High School education. The adult skills we use every single day from age 18 to age 80-ish are not taught in school. They aren’t even teaching the right questions to ask or the language that adults use in their everyday lives.
The idea was born to form educational workshops that must be taught starting from 5th grade through graduation to prepare you for the Real World you are about to face.
